Delivery Information & Return & Refund Policy

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped within 3 days after payment. The courier is chosen based on the delivery address.  

We will confirm your shipping details via email before dispatch. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a tracking link to monitor delivery status.  

Returns & Refunds  
You have 30 days from receiving the item to request a return.  

Return conditions:  
- Item must be unused, with tags & original packaging.  
- No handling fees for returns.

Order Cancellation  
- Before shipment: Email us to cancel, and we will process a refund on the same day.  
- After shipment: Cancellation is not possible, but you can request a return after receiving your order.  

Damaged or Incorrect Items  
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately via our Contact Us page, and we will assist you.  

Exchanges  
Return the original item first. Once approved, we will issue a refund, and you can place a new order for the replacement item.  

Refund Process  
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.  
- Processing time:  
  - Refund initiation: 1-2 business days after return approval.  
  - Completion: 2-15 business days, depending on the bank.  
- Please avoid filing a dispute during this process.  

Shipping Costs  
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping costs.  
- Otherwise, the return shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
